Into the Great Warren for a final confrontation with Skalmad, our heroes still need to face monstrous resistance. After fighting with more Trolls and troglodytes, the party falls into the lair of a Grell, and horrific creature with amazing mental powers!
The heroes are victorious, and finally reach Skalmad's throne room. Skalamd scorches them with his fiery magical eye, but the heroes succeed in defeating him. As Skalmad scorched body falls to the ground, his magical Eye gazes maliciously at the party, before disappearing. Skalmad corpse does not disappear, meaning the Troll king is now dead.The heroes find a human prisoner acting as Skalmad's former transaltor, and the ex-slave reveals that Skalmad used his Purple Crystal Throne to pass into the Feywild. This is where the heroes need to go if they want to stop the rebor Vard King of All Trolls.
Druss and Neri analyze the throne, and discover the proper steps to activate it. As greenish mist engulfs them, our heroes cross into the Feywild.
